Head to Health (formerly known as HeadtoHelp) helps all Australians access the mental health and wellbeing services that are right for them. It makes it easier to navigate and choose the most suitable care options, whether that’s face-to-face, via phone, or online. They are focused on providing support to all Australians, regardless of language barriers.
The Campaign
In partnership with Icon Agency, our client came to us with already successful communication materials and wanted us to prepare multi – language translation. With resources relating to personal and mental health, it was crucial that we spoke with our translators ahead of the process to ensure that the necessary steps were taken to achieve cultural appropriateness across all resources.
The Work
The resources involved a community-approved translation of the original poster, banner and social ad for Head to Health’s initial campaign. We translated these resources into Arabic, Assyrian, Chin, Chinese simplified, Chinese traditional, Dari, Dinka, Greek, Hindi, Karen, Nepali, Oromo, Persian, Punjabi, Somali, Turkish, Urdu and Vietnamese.

To make sure this important message reached different members of the community the team at Polaron were diligent and extremely helpful with translating a number of materials in various languages.
